OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Contest Period

The Eco Alchemist “Win Your Order Back” Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 7, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives and immediate family members of The Eco Alchemist are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter the Contest:

Purchase Entry:
Place an eligible order with The Eco Alchemist during the Contest Period. An eligible purchase made during the Contest Period will constitute one entry into the Contest.

No-Purchase Entry:
No purchase is necessary to enter. During the Contest Period, complete and submit the official no-purchase entry form available on The Eco Alchemist website.

Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of method of entry. Making additional purchases, placing multiple orders or spending more will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Entries that are incomplete, submitted outside the Contest Period, duplicated, automated, fraudulent or otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

4. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won.

The prize consists of a $150 CAD The Eco Alchemist gift card, with an approximate retail value of $150 CAD.

The same prize will be awarded regardless of whether the selected entrant entered through a purchase or the no-purchase entry method.

The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

Following the close of the Contest Period, one potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received through both methods of entry.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

A purchase does not increase the odds of winning.

6. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question.

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, and another eligible entrant may be selected by random draw.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Award

The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address associated with their eligible entry.

The selected entrant must respond within five (5) days of the notification and satisfy all eligibility requirements, including correctly answering the skill-testing question.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, the entrant may be disqualified and another eligible entrant may be selected.

Once confirmed, the winner will receive a $150 CAD The Eco Alchemist gift card by email. The prize will be awarded without unreasonable delay.

8. General Conditions

The Eco Alchemist reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and entrants and to disqualify any person who attempts to enter more than the permitted number of times, interferes with the operation of the Contest, provides false information or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

If circumstances beyond The Eco Alchemist’s reasonable control affect the proper administration, security or operation of the Contest, The Eco Alchemist reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest.

By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of The Eco Alchemist regarding the administration of the Contest.

The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used for the administration of the Contest, including verifying eligibility, contacting the selected entrant and awarding the prize.

Entering the Contest does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing emails from The Eco Alchemist.

Any optional consent to receive marketing communications will be presented separately and is not required to enter or win.
