All orders are carefully packed in-house and shipped from The Eco Alchemist HQ in Squamish, British Columbia, Canada. We work with multiple trusted carriers and currently ship throughout Canada, the United States, and Australia.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders $99 CAD and up, calculated after discounts.

Flat Rate Shipping

• $9.99 CAD – British Columbia

• $12.99 CAD – Prairie Provinces

• $14.99 CAD – Eastern Canada

• $19.99 CAD – Northern Territories

🇺🇸 United States

We ship a selection of our Canadian-made products to the United States.

Due to evolving US import tariffs and customs requirements, certain products may be temporarily unavailable for US shipping. When shopping from the US, only products eligible for shipping to your country will be displayed, so there's no need to determine which products are affected.

All US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are prepaid by us. You won't receive an unexpected customs bill upon delivery.

US Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders $99 USD or more, calculated after discounts

• $12.99 USD flat-rate shipping on orders under $99 USD

Delivery times may be slightly longer than standard courier timelines, as parcels are transported to a central US processing facility before being handed off to a domestic carrier for final delivery.

Due to customs requirements, we are unable to ship solid products package-free to the US. These items will arrive with outer packaging to ensure proper country-of-origin identification.

As import requirements continue to evolve, product availability and shipping options may change. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our small Canadian business.

🇦🇺 Australia

We offer a flat shipping rate of $32.99 CAD on orders shipped to Australia.

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and/or shipping carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any applicable return shipping fees or customs penalties may be deducted from an eligible refund.

Orders shipped to Australia are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

Other International Destinations

At this time, we ship exclusively to Canada, the United States, and Australia.

We appreciate the interest in our products from customers around the world and hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Order Processing

We aim to process all retail orders within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

As our products are handcrafted in small batches, occasional processing delays may occur during particularly busy periods. We'll do our best to keep you informed if your order requires additional time.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Most Canadian and US orders arrive within approximately 1–10 business days after dispatch. International delivery times may be longer.

Estimated transit times are displayed at checkout where available. Please note that these are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

You can also access your tracking details through My Account when logged into our website.

Express Shipping

To help minimize our environmental footprint, we prioritize standard shipping services and do not routinely offer express shipping.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at The Eco Alchemist boutique:

Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you an email notification.

Orders can be collected Thursday through Saturday, 11 AM–4 PM, during regular boutique hours, with no appointment necessary.

Pickup is also available Monday through Wednesday, 11 AM–4 PM, by prior arrangement.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely.

If your shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us with your order number so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier.

For packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently stolen, we recommend reporting the incident to your local authorities where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional carrier charges for rerouting or reshipping may apply.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make corrections before your package is dispatched.
