Oat Kernel Flour

Colloidal oats are cosmetic grade finely ground oats.  Used for skin calming, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.  This ingredient may have been processed in a facility where gluten is present and therefore is not suitable for folks with celiac disease.
